Bergner Ultimate TX Forged Aluminium Non-Stick Wok 28 cm with HeatDot Heat Indicator, Deep Curved Sides, Induction Base, Grey, Without Lid - BG36178GY

Stir-fry like a pro with the Bergner Ultimate TX 28 cm wok. Deep, curved side walls keep ingredients in the pan as you toss noodles, vegetables and meat, while the forged aluminium body heats quickly and evenly yet stays light enough to lift and shake. The HeatDot indicator turns solid dark red once the wok is properly preheated, the moment to add your oil and aromatics. Inside, the ILAG Essential two-layer non-stick coating releases food easily so you can cook with less oil and clean up in moments. The wok suits induction, gas, electric, vitroceramic and halogen hobs, is oven safe up to 150 C and is dishwasher safe. A stay-cool wooden-effect handle with a hanging loop gives a comfortable grip. Supplied without a lid.
