eWINNER 12.7mm SATA Aluminum Second HDD SSD Caddy for Laptop CD DVD-ROM Optical Bay, Add a 2.5 Inch Drive with No Drivers Needed, with Screwdriver - W0-84GX-I0SN

Turn your laptop's unused optical drive bay into extra storage. This eWINNER caddy takes a 2.5 inch SATA hard drive or SSD and slides into the space of a 12.7mm CD or DVD-ROM drive, giving you a second internal drive for files, backups or a fast SSD. It connects through SATA on both the drive and laptop side and works just like the primary hard drive, with no cables, power supply, software or drivers needed. Simply remove the optical drive, mount your drive in the caddy and slide it into the bay. The aluminium frame is silver, and dual LED indicators are built in. It suits HP, Dell, Acer, BenQ, Asus and Lenovo laptops that use a 12.7mm optical drive; please check your drive height before ordering. A screwdriver is included; the hard drive is not.
