Outdoorchef Plancha L, Enamelled Cast Iron Griddle Plate, High Rim, Drip Tray, For 480, 570, Dualchef and A-Line Grills, Black - 18.212.85

The Outdoorchef Plancha L is a large griddle plate made from porcelain-enamelled cast iron. Its high rim helps keep food on the cooking surface while turning, and an integrated grease-collection channel gathers excess fat and marinade during cooking. The plate is designed for compatible Outdoorchef grill cooking and blazing zones, including selected DAVOS, AROSA and LUGANO EVO configurations; check the exact grill model before purchase. The cast-iron construction provides a substantial cooking surface for preparing a range of foods on a grill, while the enamelled finish is intended to help protect the material and simplify cleaning. The plate measures approximately 32 cm wide, 38.4 cm deep and 11 cm high. Because it is a heavy cast-iron accessory, handle it carefully when fitting or removing it from the grill and allow it to cool before cleaning.
