Paradiso Double Fish Grilling Basket, Fish-Shaped Hinged Grid with Wooden Handle & Locking Ring for Charcoal and Gas BBQs - 420209-PARADISO

Grill whole fish without it sticking or falling apart using the Paradiso Double Fish Grilling Basket. The fish-shaped wire basket opens on a hinge, so you lay the fish inside, close the two sides together and slide the ring down the handle to lock it shut. You can then turn the whole fish in one movement and cook both sides evenly over charcoal or gas. The basket suits whole fish and fillets, and also holds vegetables, prawns and thin slices of meat that would otherwise slip through the grill bars. A wooden handle gives a comfortable grip while you turn, and the wire loop at the end lets you hang the basket up after washing. It is a handy addition for seafood nights at home, beach barbecues and camping trips.
