The Sony FX6 is a compact full-frame Cinema Line camera for documentary, events and independent filmmaking. Its back-illuminated full-frame CMOS sensor with 10.2 effective megapixels offers more than 15 stops of latitude and dual base ISO 800 and 12800, expandable up to ISO 409600, for clean images from bright sun to near darkness. A built-in electronic variable ND filter from 1/4 to 1/128 lets you hold exposure smoothly without swapping filters. Record 4K DCI and QFHD at up to 59.94p in XAVC Intra at up to 600 Mbps, or use Slow and Quick Motion at up to 120 fps in QFHD and 240 fps in HD. S-Cinetone, S-Log3 and HLG looks plus user 3D LUTs speed up grading, and Real-time Eye AF with face detection keeps faces sharp. Two XLR inputs, 12G-SDI, HDMI and dual CFexpress Type A or SD slots complete a professional package.
