The Barebones No. 9 Bread Knife is a durable, German-grade forged stainless steel knife designed for everyday culinary use. Its 14-inch overall knife length and sharp, serrated blade make it suitable for slicing bagels, cakes, baguettes, and thick loaves of bread with precision. It also works well as a deli knife for thinly slicing meats. The full-tang 50CrMoV15 stainless steel blade features thumb and finger notches for improved grip, control, and accuracy. Its ergonomic, weighted, and balanced handle is crafted from resin-infused Pakkawood with a textured grain and signature copper accent. A full-grain cow leather sleeve is included to help protect the blade during storage. Designed in Utah and made in China, this knife combines durable materials with a heritage-inspired design.
