The Sony FX30 brings Cinema Line image quality to a compact, creator-friendly body. Its APS-C Exmor R sensor in Super 35 format captures beautiful cinematic footage with 6K oversampling and wide dynamic range. S-Cinetone gives a cinematic look straight out of the camera, while S-Log3 opens up high-level grading. Dual Base ISO and a range of more than 14 stops help keep images clean in bright and dim scenes, and Flexible ISO, Cine EI Quick and Cine EI modes suit different workflows. User LUTs can be shown on the screen and HDMI output and embedded in clips. In-body sensor-shift stabilisation and hybrid autofocus make advanced filmmaking more accessible, and two card slots accept CFexpress Type A or SD cards. A full-size HDMI port, USB-C 10 Gbps and 3.5 mm microphone and headphone jacks complete a professional set of connections.
